Not only does Diablo IV have a lot of content to complete, but there are also tons of items and resources that can be found as well. Fiend Rose plants are an extremely rare item in Diablo IV and finding them is going to take you a lot of time. However, there is one thing you can do to try and help locate Fiend Rose plants a little bit easier.
How to find Fiend Rose plants in Diablo IV
If you are still relatively early on in the game, this guide isn’t going to help you out a ton. You are going to have to at least have World Tier 3 unlocked. World Tier 3 isn’t unlocked till you beat the main campaign as well as Cathedral of Light Capstone Dungeon in Kyovashad. Once you have completed these tasks, that is when you unlock World Tier 3.
Once World Tier 3 is unlocked, you will also begin to see Helltide Events spawn randomly. Helltide Events are going to give you the best chance of finding Fiend Rose plants. You can find these Helltide Events by opening up the map and locating a red mark. These red marks on the maps usually signify Helltide Events.
These Helltide Events are going to test your battle skills. The enemies you encounter are going to be a lot tougher, but the rewards you get are rarer as well. Hence why you can get Fiend Rose plants during these events. The more Helltide Events you take part in, the better chance you have of collecting Fiend Rose plants.
The Fiend Rose plants may spawn on the ground during these events, they might be dropped by enemies, or they may even be found in chests during the Helltide Events. You are going to have to keep a good eye out for them. These events are going to be tough, so make sure you come prepared for battle.

There is no guarantee you find Fiend Rose plants during Helltide Events, but it is one of the best ways to find them. The more Helltide Events that you take part in, the better chance you will have of finding them. Once you have them, use them to upgrade your gear or even re-roll the stats on your gear. Fiend Rose plants come in very handy, especially during the later stages of the game.
