NHL 24 HUT: Team of the Year winners revealed

There have been a ton of great players showcase their talent throughout the NHL this year. To continue with tradition, EA released their NHL 24 Hockey Ultimate Team, Team of the Year players. Every year, after the new year begins, EA Sports NHL loves to create special Hockey Ultimate Team cards to honor players for their greatness that they have shown during the first half of the year.

Men's Team of the Year Nominees

On the mens side of things, the field started out with 36 nominees. There was a total of 20 forwards, 12 defensemen, and 6 goaltenders. This field would eventually be narrowed down to just 6 players.

While there are plenty of tremendous athletes on this list that deserve to have the high honor of joining NHL 24's Team of the Year team, only 3 forwards, 2 defensemen, and 1 goalie would get that honor.

Men's Team of the Year Winners

After much anticipation, EA Sports NHL finally revealed the winners for this year's Team of the Year team. The winners are Connor McDavid, Nathan MacKinnon, Matthew Tkachuk, Cale Makar, Miro Heiskanen, and Linus Ullmark.

Achieving this honor will not only grant each player a special Team of the Year card to use in NHL 24 Hockey Ultimate Team, but these new cards will also feature these players highest overall of the year.

Now that the Team of the Year players for NHL 24 have been revealed, it is up to you to try and collect them all and add them to you team. It is going to take a lot of pack opening or HUT coins to acquire them all, but these are some of the best player cards that you can acquire right now in NHL 24 Hockey Ultimate Team.
