NHL 25: Best HUT pack you should purchase in October 2024
A lot of NHL 25 players are finally starting to get their Hockey Ultimate Team into form. This early in the year you will start to see a lot of competitive teams, but most of the teams still have a long way to go before they consider their team a true titan in the Hockey Ultimate Team world. If you are trying to continuously improve your Hockey Ultimate Team in NHL 25. There are two packs that you are must buy in NHL 25.
EA Sports releases new packs for players to buy every so often in the Hockey Ultimate Team store. There are two HUT packs that EA Sports just released that really give you a bang for your buck that you really should consider if you are trying to build the "Ultimate Team." Those two packs would be the X-Factor Series 1 Pack (UT) and the X-Factor Series 1 Boost Pack (UT).
What do you get in the X-Factor Series 1 Pack (UT)?
The X-Factor Series 1 Pack (UT) costs 78,750 Coins or 1,050 Premium Coins. Inside this pack you get one random 81-83 overall player X-Factor Player. At first glance that may seem like a lot of coins o spend on just one player 81-83 overall. However, if you are trying to get an X-Factor player of this caliber on your own, you are going to be spending over 200,000 in HUT Coins. This will most likely be one of the best X-Factor packs that EA Sports throws our way this year.
Unfortunately, don't think you can spend all your hundreds of thousands of HUT Coins you saved up on this pack because it is only limited to one pack per HUT account. EA Sports knows the value of this pack and was obviously going to set a limit for players to buy.
What do you get in the X-Factor Series 1 Boost Pack (UT)?
EA Sports is a little more lenient when it comes to the X-Factor Series 1 Boost Pack (UT). This pack does cost a little bit more at 150,000 HUT Coins or 2,000 Premium Coins, but you can purchase up to three of these.
Inside this pack you do also get 1 random 81-83 overall X-Factor player and 3 random 75+ Overall players. Now the 3 random 75+ players will more than likely be silver unless you get extremely lucky which isn't necessarily the best gang for your buck figuring you are spending an addition 75,000 on this pack for just 3 extra silver players. However, that values lie once again with that X-Factor Base Card and the silver players are just a bonus that you can use to put towards X-Factor Sets and all that sort of good stuff.
If you have the HUT coins, you might as well dabble a little bit with this deal. Before you know it, these packs will be gone and you are going to be stuck grinding and shelling out hundreds of thousands of HUT Coins.
You can also use this information for future X-Factors packs that EA Sports releases down the line. Even if you missed out on these packs, keep your eyes peeled for what other X-Factor packs EA Sports throws our way over the course of the year. Now that you know what how much it would cost to grind one of those 81-83 overall X-Factor players, you can use that to your advantage down the line to swoop in and get the best bang for your buck.
