Respawn Entertainment and EA’s Star Wars Jedi: Survivor continues the story of Cal Kestis, five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. As a Jedi Knight, Cal must outrun the Galactic Empire in its continued efforts to destroy the remaining members of Order 66.

During Fallen Order, Cal was a former Padawan hiding from the Empire on the planet Bracca and working to salvage scrap from ships. He’s soon spotted by an Imperial probe after using the Force in order to save his friend from an accident. It’s this moment that begins the young Jedi’s journey. During the events of Fallen Order, Cal was around 18 years old. So, what about in Star Wars Jedi, Survivor?

How old is Cal Kestis in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor?

Given that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor takes place five years after the events of Fallen Order, Cal Kestis is believed to be around 23 years old.

Fallen Order never specified just how old Cal was during the story, but in an interview with Esquire in 2019, Cal’s actor Cameron Monaghan said that “[Cal] being trained was part of the status quo for the first 13 years of his life.”  If Cal is 13 in Fallen Order’s flashbacks, then he would be roughly 18 during the present-time events of Fallen Order. Thus, Cal is around 23 years old in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.
