Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is set to release this Friday, and as it’s easily one of this year’s most anticipated games, many are eager to read the reviews. So when will the review embargo lift?

According to MP1st, reviews for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will start to go live on Wednesday, April 26 at 8:00 a.m. PT / 5:00 a.m. ET. So expect there to be lots of chatter about the game the moment you wake up.

The embargo for gameplay streams lifts the following day on Thursday, April 27. This is when you’ll actually be able to watch others play the game while you wait for it to release.

Unfortunately, though, it seems that spoilers have started to leak out ahead of time. While spoilers aren’t usually included in reviews, they do sometimes get posted online by those who may have received the game ahead of time. I haven’t personally seen any yet, but I’m also not actively searching for them.

EA and Respawn have taken to social media to ask those who have played Star Wars Jedi: Survivor to not share any spoilers ahead of time.

Although I’m not a developer, I can imagine the frustration and disappointment to see key moments of your game spoiled online. Heck, even as just a regular fan of video games, I hate to see games spoiled for me. So be cool, and don’t spoil anything.

The wait isn’t too much longer now. We’re less than 24 hours away from reviews, 48 hours from gameplay streams and 72 hours from release.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is the sequel to Jedi: Fallen Order, and continues the adventures of Cal Kestis. Set five years after the events of the first game, Cal, now a powerful Jedi Knight, remains on the run from the hostile Galactic Empire who continues to hunt down and destroy any surviving Jedi from Order 66. As a Jedi Knight, expect to learn new skills and abilities as you travel to all-new planets in a galaxy far, far away.
