It was rumored back in January that an official Ubisoft Plus announcement would be made by the end of the month which, obviously, didn’t end up happening. The rumors stemmed from a handful of Ubisoft games on the Xbox marketplace that were being marked down as FREE with a 100% off discounted price tag. A new leak suggests that there is more than just a handful of games coming to Ubisoft Plus on Xbox and the list features more than 60 video games titles.

If you aren’t exactly familiar with Ubisoft Plus, it is just another video game subscription service similar to the Xbox Game Pass, EA Play, and PlayStation Plus. For a fixed price per month, you can get access to tons of Ubisoft titles that you can play at any time. This is a way for Ubisoft to showcase some of their greatest games to gamers without having them go out and purchase every single game they have ever made. While of course that is exactly what Ubisoft is hoping for, allowing gamers to play some of their games as part of a subscription service has its value just as much.

It hasn’t been made official by Xbox or Ubisoft, but there is reportedly 60+ games that have already been given the go ahead to be released on Ubisoft Plus. While the general public can’t specifically view those games yet on the Xbox store, the changes have already been made and updated behind closed doors.

The biggest games/franchises the lists have to offer are Ubisoft’s iconic franchises such as Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, Tom Clancy, and Watch Dogs. With all of these great franchises being available at an unannounced monthly cost, it will allow gamers a great opportunity to dive into some of them once again or even for the very first time.
