NHL 22 is slowly creeping up on us. While there is no official release date as of yet, we do know that it will be releasing within the next couple months or so. That is really exciting news for hockey fans that the wait is slowly coming to an end.

There is not much confirmed about the game for now, but we do know that the Seattle Kraken will be making their debut in the game which is something to look forward to. Another thing is the recently announced closed technical test.

EA Sports NHL is offering gamers a chance to join the closed technical test for NHL 22. It will allow you to play NHL 22 before the game is officially released and provide feedback to EA based on the things you liked or did not like. This is also a chance to let EA know if anything is broken and needs to be fixed.

So, one may ask, how do you get to be a part of this NHL 22 closed technical test? Well, the answer is really simple actually.

On August 6, the official EA Sports NHL Twitter posted a link to the sign up on their website. When you click on this link, all you have to do is verify you EA account information, select which console you want the access code for, and then wait for a code to be sent to you later in August. It is really that simple.

If this is something that interests you, I would suggest signing up as soon as possible. There is a limited number of space available so the faster you sign up, the better chance you have to be a part of the beta. However, if your sign-up to the closed technical test is successful, you should receive a code to NHL 22 later on in August to test the game.

Given that this is a closed beta. If you take part in it, you have to follow a few rules. You can not stream the game or reveal any screenshots or videos of NHL 22 during testing. If you do, EA has the option to revoke all your access for the closed technical test.

You also have to take in mind that the game will not be perfect. There will be glitches, bugs, and lag spikes. This closed technical test is being offered so that EA can fix each one of those things before the official release. Your feedback is very appreciated to EA Sports so that they can fix any problems before launch. So, what are you waiting for? Sign up for the NHL 22 closed technical test now!
