Xbox Game Pass is undoubtedly the best deal in gaming. For a single monthly subscription you have access to a massive library of games, including every single first-party Xbox game at launch. But if there’s one downside to the service, it’s that the games don’t last on there forever.

Similar to Netflix, the library is constantly updated monthly with new games arriving and older titles departing. Last month, we said goodbye to the entire Kingdom Hearts series, which hopefully you got to play because it’s amazing.

This month, eight games are leaving Xbox Game Pass across console, PC and Cloud services on June 30.

  • Battle Chasers: Nightwar (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Mistover (PC)
  • Monster Hunter World (Cloud and Console)
  • Out of the Park Baseball 21 (PC)
  • Outer Wilds (Cloud and Console)
  • Soulcalibur VI (Console)
  • The Messenger (Cloud, Console, and PC)

Again, we’re saying goodbye to some pretty solid titles but nothing that you hopefully haven’t already been able to play. Monster Hunter World is definitely one I’m sad to see go. This is the most recent game in the series (not counting the Switch exclusive Monster Hunter Rise) and really improved upon the franchise formula with larger environments to explore.

Of course, if you’re still interested in playing these games after they’ve left Xbox Game Pass, you can purchase them and save up to 20% with your member discount. And, of course, it’s not like they aren’t being replaced with new games.

Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered is available today on console and PC, and more than 20 games were announced at E3 that are coming day one to Xbox Game Pass. This includes the award-winning Hades, the popular social deduction game Among Us, Xbox exclusive blockbusters Halo Infinite, Starfield and The Outer Worlds 2, and much more.
