Fresh off the release of Hitman 3, IO Interactive has revealed the first batch of post-launch content coming to the game in February. New content will be released every week throughout the month starting with “The Baskerville Barney Escalation,” which is available today.

Most of the new content consists of Escalation missions, which are variations of already existing missions with different parameters. Escalation missions could change the target or add requisites for the kill.

In “The Baskerville Barney Escalation,” players will return to Thornbridge Manor with the mission to kill the entire Carlisle family only by accidents.

On February 18, “The Sinbad Stringent Escalation” will become available. IO Interactive was a bit more elusive in revealing this one. Players will return to Dubai with some sort of twist on the first mission that involves knives and boxes.

Two Featured Contracts will also be released this month created by MinnMax (Duabi) and KindaFunny (Dartmoor). The MinnMax Duabi Featured Contracts will be available February 11, while the KindaFunny Dartmoor Featured Contracts will be available February 23.

On February 23, IO Interactive will also drop two Escalation missions that are exclusive to those who own the Deluxe Edition of the game.

“The Proloff Parable” will see players as the White Shadow aboard a train in the Carpathian Mountains. Armed with the White Katana and the White Sieger 300 Sniper Rifle, players will have to fight through a set of Escalations. “The Gauchito Antiquity” is an Escalation all about emetic poisoning your targets and killing them while they’re under the influence. Both Deluxe Escalations will come with deluxe unlocks inspired by Hitman classics.

Closing out the month on February 26 will be “The Deceivers Sapienza Elusive Target. Elusive Targets are considered the “ultimate” Hitman challenge, and in this mission, you’ll need to eliminate both of The Deceivers who are roaming the streets of Sapienza.

Hitman 3 is currently available for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, Google Stadia and PC. In our review, we called it “everything you love and want from a Hitman game with extreme polish, intriguing levels and tons of replay value.” There’s no doubt this post-launch content will continue to keep the Hitman community engaged and entertained.
