When will TFT Set 11: Inkborn Fables release?
As the curtain starts to close on Teamfight Tactics' 10th set, Riot Games is not only gearing up for this weekend's Remix Rumble Championship but also the launch of the game's 11th set. Earlier this week, it was confirmed that TFT Set 11 will be titled "Inkborn Fables."
Not much is known about the new set other than it will have a mythical theme. A roadmap back in December revealed that Set 11 focuses on "an encounter with myths and legends" and was accompanied by artwork featuring Blood Moon Aatrox.
With the Remix Rumble Championship taking place this weekend (March 1-3), there's a good bet Riot will use this platform as an opportunity to reveal the details of Inkborn Fables. But when can we expect Set 11 to go live?
The roadmap teased Set 11 in "March." Looking at Riot's patch schedule, there are two dates in March for scheduled updates: March 6, 2024 and March 20, 2024.
Obviously, March 6th isn't going to happen. That's just a few days after the Championship. Riot hasn't even revealed the new set, let alone opened it up for testing on the PBE. Typically, Riot reveals a new set and launches it on the PBE for a few weeks for the masses to playtest.
If that's the case, then the only possible date for Set 11 to go live would be on Wednesday, March 20, 2024. This date is also in line with the timeframe of the current battle pass in Teamfight Tactics.
While we don't have any concrete details, we do expect Riot to showcase Set 11 this weekend at some point, followed by its launch on the PBE test servers early next week —possibly alongside the March 6th update. Then we can look forward to the full launch of Inkborn Fables on March 20th.
