After more than two months, Season 1 of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be coming to an end on February 6. That means that, most likely, Season 2 will debut the next day on February 7. If you felt like you struggled a bit during Season 1, it may not be because you weren't playing up to your full potential. It could have been due to some of the default controller settings that are given to players when they play the game for the very first time. With that being said, there are three settings you should consider changing before the start of Season 2.

Turn of World and Weapon Motion Blur

Any setting that includes the term "Blur," can't means that it benefits you more than it doesn't. World Motion Blur and Weapon Motion Blur are two settings that really impact your vision when you are playing Call of Duty Multiplayer.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is a very fast paced game, much like every other Call of Duty. Because of that, you are going to need to be aware of your surroundings and you are going to have to do that in the blink of an eye.

What World Motion Blur does is it makes your surroundings blurry when you are moving fast or turn quickly. Weapon Motion Blur is very similar instead it doesn't affect your surrounding, but when moving quickly and making quick turns, it will make your weapon blurry. Both of these make Modern Warfare 3 feel very realistic, but they don't actually benefit you competitively.

By toggling both of these settings off, it will allow you to see enemies more clearly and the environment will be less distorted when you are moving at a fast paced. Anytime you can maximize the clarity of the game, it puts you at a big advantage.
