MLB The Show 24 kicked off its early access period this week but for those who didn't purchase one of the special editions, you still have a few more days until the game's full release.

To help hold you over, we're revealing some of the player ratings in this year's game, including the five players with a perfect 99 overall rating at launch.

Shohei Ohtani (P/DH, L.A. Dodgers)

At the top of the list is none other than two-way star and global phenom Shohei Ohtani. The 29-year old superstar signed a mammoth 10-year, $700 million deal with the Dodgers this offseason and fans are hopeful his addition till lead to a World Series ring.

Although Ohtani isn't expected to pitch until 2025, in MLB The Show 24 he's listed as a Pitcher and Designated Hitter. On the mound, he boasts 86 Pitching Rating with 99 Pitching Clutch, 90 Velocity, 99 Break, and 86 Stamina.

In the batter's box, Ohtani flexes his muscle against left and right handed pitching with 85 Power L and 94 Power R. He's got 89 Plat Discipline, 67 Contact L and 68 Contact R.

Mookie Betts (OF, L.A. Dodgers)

Next on the list is Mookie Betts, who also plays for the Los Angeles Dodgers. The 31-year-old outfielder has A Potential with 82 Fielding Ratings and 71 Hitting Ratings.

A career .294 hitter, Betts enters MLB The Show 24 with 71 Contact R, 81 Contact L, 85 Power R, 89 Power L, 81 Vision, and 83 Batting Clutch. As one of the most dangerous hitters in the Majors, it's no surprise to see him as one of the game's best.

Ronald Acuna Jr. (OF, Atlanta Braves)

Is there a player as dynamic and exciting as Ronald Acuna Jr.? The 26-year-old has a dangerous combination of speed and power, and it translates into MLB The Show 24 where he has 80 Speed, 90 Baserunning Aggressiveness and 74 Stealing as well as 82 Contact R, 71 Contact L, 85 Power R, and 87 Power L.

In the outfield, don't try to run on him as he'll likely throw you out with 99 Arm Strength and 74 Arm Accuracy.

Aaron Judge (OF, New York Yankees)

Aaron Judge is one of the most dangerous hitters in the game — when healthy. It's a good thing Sony San Diego doesn't ding Judge for his injury-shortened season last year.

In MLB The Show 24, Judge is one of the best hitters from either side of the plate. He's got 90 Contact R, 81 Contact L and a perfect 99 Power R and Power L. In other words, if he connects, it's going far. He's also got 93 Plate Discipline and 99 Batting Clutch. Interestingly, his durability is 96.

Mike Trout (OF, Los Angeles Angels)

For years, Mike Trout has been the face of Major League Baseball. While that mantle has likely been passed to players like Ohtani and Acuna Jr., Trout remains one of the game's best.

A career .301 hitter who struggled with injury last year, Trout enters MLB The Show 24 with 91 Contact R and 92 Contact L. He's not quite as powerful as Judge, but he still boasts 99 Power R and 95 Power L along with 90 Plate Discipline and 85 Batting Clutch. He also flashes some speed with a 90 rating.

And while not as powerful as Acuna's arm, he's still got an 81 Arm Strength rating in the field.

And that's all, the top five players in MLB The Show 24.
