Walmart Black Friday 2023 sale: Nintendo Switch game deals
Walmart’s Black Friday 2023 sale is almost upon us. The retailer announced that the online savings will begin on November 22 at 3:00 p.m. ET with Walmart+ subscribers getting early access starting at 12:00 p.m. ET.
There are tons of discounts to be had on video games, especially Nintendo Switch games. If you’re looking to save a bit of extra money this holiday season, below are the Nintendo Switch games that will be discounted through Walmart’s Black Friday sale.

- Just Dance 2024 Edition – $39.97 (save $19.91)
- Kirby’s Return to Dreamland: Deluxe Edition – $30 (save $29.99)
- The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild – $30 (save $29.99)
- Super Mario: Odyssey – $30 (save $25)
- Luigi’s Mansion 3 – $40 (save $20)
- Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope – $20 (save $30)
- Mario Strikers: Battle League – $40 (save $20)
- Sonic Superstars – $40 (save $20)
- Sonic Frontiers – $40 (save $15)
- Avatar the Last Airbender: Quest for Balance – $30
- Paw Patrol World – $20 (save $20)
The discounts are in line with what Nintendo previously announced. Breath of the Wild, Luigi’s Mansion 3 and Super Mario Odyssey are all must-plays on the Nintendo Switch though, admittedly, they are older games. Nintendo games tend to hold their value, so I doubt you’ll see prices lower than these throughout the holiday season.
If you don’t have a Nintendo Switch, you can also find quite a few bundles this holiday season. Although not teased in the Walmart advert, this year’s two big Switch bundles are the Nintendo Switch – OLED Model and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate bundle for $349.99 and the Nintendo Switch – Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Bundle for $299.99. There are also two new Nintendo Switch Lite – Animal Crossing Horizons bundles for $199.99.
If you plan on doing most of your shopping at Walmart this year and own more than just a Switch console, be sure to check out the holiday savings on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 games. Hits like Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, God of War Ragnarok and Horizon: Forbidden West are all on sale this year.
