Madden 24 Week 2 roster update is coming soon as two Monday Night Football games wrapped up with the Pittsburgh Steelers and New Orleans Saints getting big wins over division rivals. Derek Carr and the Saints improved to 2-0 while the Steelers bounced back from a demoralizing loss to the San Francisco 49ers.

Week 2 was filled with ups and downs. The 49ers and Dallas Cowboys continue to look like true Super Bowl contenders in the NFC while the AFC might look a bit more wide open than some might have imagined. The Cincinnati Bengals, Denver Broncos, Los Angeles Chargers and New England Patriots all fell to 0-2. Meanwhile, the Miami Dolphins and the Baltimore Ravens are the only AFC teams perfect still at 2-0.

Last week, we predicted Tyreek Hill should get added to the 99 Club. And, it seems EA Sports was listening because Cheetah is now part of that exclusive group. Here are our predictions for upgrades and downgrades in Madden 24’s Week 2 roster update.

The Pittsburgh Steelers needed a bounce-back win badly after losing 30-7 to the 49ers in Week 1. While fans still clamor for a change at Offensive Coordinator, the defense stood up and defended home turf. ROLB Alex Highsmith started the game with a pick-six and ended it with a strip sack on Deshaun Watson which T.J. Watt turned into a touchdown. Highsmith is currently 82 overall, but he should be due for a big upgrade after his Monday night performance.
