Microsoft is always thinking of ways that they can grow Xbox by creating new ideas. Microsoft’s latest creation doesn’t have to do with Xbox consoles or video games directly, but instead taking a new approach on how some players might want to purchase Xbox video games. Microsoft has announced via the Xbox Wire that a new Xbox Mastercard credit card would be launching for all their loyal Xbox video gamers.

The Xbox Mastercard credit card is launching sooner than you think

To start out, the Xbox Mastercard is only going to be available for Xbox Insiders. If you are an Xbox Insider who lives in Alaska, Hawaii, or the Continental United States, you can sign up for the Xbox Mastercard credit card as soon as September 21. Microsoft states that the credit card will be available in waves, meaning that not everyone who signs up will automatically be given the credit card.

Don’t worry, even if you are not an Xbox Insider, you will have the chance to register for the Xbox Mastercard credit card as well. Microsoft stated that anyone who isn’t an Xbox Insider would be able to register for the credit card as soon as sometime in 2024. No exact date has been released as of yet.
