Star Wars Jedi: Survivor – Devastated Settlement Jedi Chamber guide: How to solve

The Jedi Chambers in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor can be a bit of a pain in the butt at first. With many of them scattered all over, and them being necessary to earn some of the better perks in the game and get 100% completion, you’ll need to hit them all. As our friends from Sesame Street say, however, “One of these things is not like the other”. That is, of course, the Devastated Settlement Jedi Chamber.

The interesting thing about this chamber is that it isn’t hidden. You don’t need to solve anything to get inside. It’s simple right out in the open. Now, there is of course a tricky way to solve it, but it’s nothing too crazy. It is on Koboh and you’ll pass it during your progression in the story. When you get sent here during the story, you’ll end up at a spot with a purple beam that goes back and forth. NOT one of those ray guns, we’ll get to that later. Right around the side of this beam you will find the entrance right out in the open. You can go inside, but only a little bit as the rest of the way is blocked by that Koboh stuff the ray guns make disappear.

Ok, so here’s what you do. On the literal other side of the giant canyon there you will find one of those ray guns. You’ll need to aim it and line it up so that it shoots right through the entrance of the chamber into the Koboh goop. This will make it disappear allowing you to head on in to the rest of the chamber.

That’s it. That’s literally all you have to do. Honestly, this took me much longer than I’d like to admit because I was searching for hidden things I expected to be there but weren’t. I guess that’s  a Jedi life lesson for me, huh? Once inside, you’ll find a decent perk, but nothing crazy. It’s the ambidextrous perk. It will cost you three slots to use, but will increase your light saber damage for every piece of ammo you shoot. I’m a purist, so I don’t use the blaster stance. However, if you do, then this perk may be right up your alley.
