God of War Ragnarok has no shortage of things to keep you busy. As you take your journey through the game, you will travel through a total of nine different Realms. Each of these Realms have many different things to accomplish in each of them, but they also all have something in common. That would be flowers.

Yes, you read that correct. Flowers play a big role in God of War Ragnarok. In fact, there is a Favor that you will come across in the game called Nine Realms in Bloom that require you to collect one flower from each of the nine Realms, except for Asgard. You won’t have to travel to Asgard to collect one of the nine flowers. However, to make up for the lack of flower in the Asgard Realm, you will need to collect two flowers that are located in the Niflheim Realm. You won’t be able to collect all nine flowers in one playthrough as some of them require you to beat the main story first.

1. Dawnbloom Flower (Alfheim Realm)

The Dawnbloom Flower can be located in The Forbidden Sands in the Alfheim Realm. If you take a look at this location on the map, you are going to find the flower near the Southwest portion of the area. When you get into this general area, there is a path that has a giant wall that you can climb up. Go past the wall and continue on the path and you will reach a dead end. When you reach the dead end the flower will be sticking out of the ground for you to collect.

2. Sparkthorn Flower (Svartalfheim Realm)

The Sparkthorn Flower can only be found in the Svartalfheim Realm in God of War Ragnarok. When you get to Svartalfheim, travel to the city of Nidavellir. You won’t be able to collect this flower until you have completed the chapter Forging Destiny. Near the Tavern you will see smoke coming out of this chimney looking structure. You will need to use the Draupnir Spear to cross the large gap and when you do, the Sparkthorn flower will be waiting for you on the other side.

3. Ashpetal Flower (Muspelheim Realm)

Getting the Ashpetal Flower is going to require you to put a little bit more work into it. The reason being is you will have to access The Crucible in the Muspelheim Realm. In order to access The Crucible at the Muspelheim Realm, you will need to collect both halves of the Muspelheim Seeds. Once you arrive at The Crucible, you can find the Ashpetal Flower right next to the Brok’s Shop.

4. Dreamshade Flower (Niflheim Realm)

The Dreamshade Flower is one of the flowers that you need to have completed the game before you can acquire it. Once you have beaten God of War Ragnarok, travel to the Niflheim Realm and head to The Raven Tree area. In this area there is the Aesir Prison Wreckage. On the very bottom floor of the Aesir Prison Wreckage, the Dreamshade Flower can be found inside one of the cells.

5. Frostfinger Flower (Niflheim Realm)

The Frostfinger Flower is the second and last remaining Flower in the Niflheim Realm. This is one of the easiest flowers to collect because all you need to do is travel to the Mystic Gateway at Mist Fields. Once you arrive you can find the Frostfinger Flower only a few feet away from the Mystic Gateway. To gain access to this Mystic Gateway, you are going to have to have completed God of War Ragnarok just like you needed to for the Dreamshade Flower. Once you have beaten the game you are going to want to talk to Ratatoskr at Sindri’s House to receive the Yggdrasil Seed. Then you will have access to this area if you do not have access already.
