Microsoft has posted the list of games coming to Xbox Game Pass in February 2022. The updated list adds five additional games to the ones we had previously mentioned. It’s also important to note that the Xbox Wire post only includes games coming up until February 14, which means another batch could be coming in the latter half of the month.

As for what’s coming in the next few weeks, here’s are the 10 games set to arrive on Xbox Game Pass between now and February 14:

  • Contrast (Cloud and Console) – February 3
  • Dreamscaper (Cloud, Console, and PC) – February 3
  • Telling Lies (Cloud, Console, and PC) – February 3
  • Besiege (Game Preview)(Cloud, Console, and PC) – February 10
  • CrossfireX (Console) – February 10
  • Edge of Eternity (Cloud, Console, and PC) – February 10
  • Skul: The Hero Slayer (Cloud, Console, and PC) – February 10
  • The Last Kids on Earth and the Staff of Doom (Cloud, Console, and PC) – February 10
  • Ark: Ultimate Survivor Edition (Cloud, Console, and PC) – February 14
  • Infernax (Cloud, Console, and PC) – February 14

There’s quite a few solid games coming to the service, including three of which are launch day titles: CrossfireX, Edge of Eternity and Infernax. I had already talked about Edge of Eternity here, but the other two are new to the list.

CrossfireX is a fast-paced first-person shooter that PC players are probably familiar with. This is the first time the series is coming to console though. CrossfireX follows the rivalry of two mercenary corporations, Black List and Global Risk, as they fight each other in an epic global conflict.

What’s especially intriguing about this game is that the single-player campaign, Operation: Catalyst, was developed by Remedy Entertainment (Control), and follows a Global Risk unit as they traverse through enemy territory to rescue a captured teammate and uncover the secrets of Black List. Meanwhile, Smilegate Entertainment has led development on the game’s free-to-play multiplayer.

Ark: Ultimate Survivor Edition is a massive addition to the Game Pass library, featuring all of the content that the Ark franchise has received to date. And I’m personally looking forward to Dreamscaper and Contrast, two very intriguing indie titles that couldn’t be more different in concept. Dreamscaper is a roguelike featuring a waking/dreaming gameplay cycle, while Contrast is a puzzle-based platformer set in a dreamlike, vaudevillian world of the 1920s. So I guess, technically, they both involve dreams.
