13 more titles coming to Xbox Game Pass over the next two weeks
At the end of last month, I wrote about eight games coming to Xbox Game Pass. Well, let’s add to that. In a blog post this week, Microsoft confirmed that 13 games total are coming to Xbox Game Pass over the next two weeks, eight of which will be available on day one launch.
Some of these games, we had already talked about: I Am Fish, SkateBird, Aragmi 2, Sable, Lemnis Gate and Astria Ascending. Here’s a look at all of the games now slated to arrive on Xbox Game Pass between now and October 1.
- Flynn: Son of Crimson (Cloud, Console and PC) – September 15
- I Am Fish (Cloud, Console and PC) – September 16
- SkateBird (Cloud, Console and PC) – September 16
- Superliminal (Cloud, Console and PC) – September 16
- Aragami 2 (Cloud, Console and PC) – September 17
- Lost Words: Beyond the Page (Cloud, Console and PC) – September 23
- Sable (Cloud, Console and PC) – September 23
- Subnautica: Below Zero (Cloud, Console and PC) – September 23
- Tainted Grail: Conquest (PC) – September 23
- Lemnis Gate (Console and PC) – September 28
- Astria Ascending (Cloud, Console and PC) – September 30
- Unsighted (Console and PC) – September 30
- Phoenix Point (Console) – October 1
Flynn: Son of Crimson, which is already available as of yesterday, is a handcrafted platformer in which the duo of Flynn and his mythical companion Dex go on a journey of discovery and conflict to save Rosantica from The Scourge. If you’re looking for a new puzzle game to test your wits, Superliminal offers puzzles based on perspective and optical illusions.
Phoenix Point is actually an older title, having released in 2019, but now it’s finally coming to Xbox One (and Xbox Series X|S) with console optimizations. A spiritual successor to the X-COM series, Phoenix Point takes us to the near future of Earth in the midst of an alien invasion. Using a tactical strategy, it’s up to you to fight back and save the planet from annihilation.
As I’ve mentioned before, Lemnis Gate is a competitive shooter with a unique turn-based approach to combat, which I’m particularly looking forward to. And, of course, Aragami 2 is a ninja-themed stealth-action adventure that can be played solo or with a friend in co-op.
As you can see, there’s a lot to look forward to coming to box Game Pass over the next two weeks. And this is on top of all the great games that have arrived during the past few months, including Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance, Microsoft Flight Simulator, The Ascent, Hades, Twelve Minutes and Psychonauts 2. Which games have you been enjoying on your Xbox lately?
