The first character to hail from Inazuma is here. Kaedehara Kazuha is a wandering swordsman with an Anemo Vision, and can serve as a DPS, support and every role in-between. He can fit into most teams, so he’s worth Wishing for and building.

Kazuha Ascension Materials Guide

Kazuha notably has an ability that gives other characters on the same team a bonus based on his Elemental Mastery. Normally, leveling a character past 80/90 leads to diminishing returns but Kazuha can make the most of this as he gains more Elemental Mastery with each level.
