2. Pavel Bure, NHL 95

Well, well, well, look who made it onto the list once again. Just like in NHL 94, Bure was basically a lightning bolt in NHL 95. In sports video games back in the 90s, speed was king for a lot of them. In fact, Pavel Bure had one of the best speed ratings in this game. When you combine that with the skill that he possessed and put that into a video game, he was virtually impossible to stop.

I have no doubt that gamers who had to play against Bure thought that his reign of terror ended in NHL 94. But when NHL 95 was released they had to face him once again.

There wasn’t a lot of customization or stats when it came to video games back in the day compared to what they have today. In NHL video games of today’s era, you are going to have to have a lot more than just speed. Now players of today have statistics for basically every little things, which makes the game ten times more realistic.

However, when it comes to NHL 95, Pavel Bure deserves to have his right at falling at number two on this list.
