Take the mound in MLB The Show 20, battle yokai in Nioh 2, or become a part of the Phantom Thieves of Heart next month on PS4.

Are you done experimenting in Dreams yet? A new month is upon us and you know what that means, new games for the PS4. Sony has quite a few of them coming in March, including three very big exclusives.

Nioh 2 is coming on March 13. While it’s technically sequel to 2017’s Nioh, it’s actually a prequel in terms of the story set in the late 1500s (Nioh took place in 1600 within a fictionalized dark fantasy version of the late Sengoku period) . We’ve gone hands-on with some of the early demos offered for Nioh 2 and came away impressed each time.

As we previously wrote, much of Nioh 2 will feel familiar to fans of the first game but there’s an extra layer of polish this time around. You don’t have to take our word for it though. The Nioh 2 Last Chance Trial is now available on PS4.

If you’re a sports fan, specifically a baseball fan, well then get ready for the best baseball sim on the market. MLB The Show 20 takes the mound on March 17 and offers all the bells and whistles we’ve come to expect from Sony’s signature series. In some instances, like with Franchise mode, we’re seeing some major new features like the ability to re-brand and relocate your team.

Also new this year are Custom Leagues. This is a mode designed to allow you to play with friends online and while there is some roster flexibility here, it’s not nearly on the same level of detail as, say, an Online Franchise mode would be.  But with Online Franchise absent once again, this is the next best thing.

Then, of course, there’s Persona 5 Royal. It’s an expanded verision of Atlus’ beloved role-playing game came stateside in 2017. Persona 5 Royal expands upon the original game with a new Phantom Thief member (Kasumi Yoshizawa), a new palace, new music, additional story plot and social elements, and a playable third semester.
