The third Safari Zone event of the year has been announced and tickets are now available for trainers to participate in Philadelphia from May 8 to 10, 2020. Exclusive and rare Pokemon will be for the limited time frame for trainers to take advantage of during the event!

Niantic has announced another Safari Zone event taking place in the United State. Following the St. Louis and Liverpool Safari Zone events, Philadelphia will be the next city to host the event! Trainers from all over can visit the ‘City of Brotherly’ love to catch all different kinds of Pokemon that they normally do not find in Pokemon Go! Just like trainers traveling to the event, there is plenty of Pokemon planning to visit during the time frame of the Safar Zone event.

The common spawning of certain Pokemon will feature Alolan Sandshrew, Bronzor, Voltorb, and encounters with Rufflet from the Unova region. Philadelphia being a patriotic city with the spirit of the United States, it is quite symbolic for Rufflet to be featured and trainers to catch enough to have them evolve into a Braviary.

Unown is notorious for making appearances during Safari Zone events, the form it will be appearing in is the letter ‘P’. The rare Pokemon that trainers will be able to encounter from a different region is Mr. Mime. The Psychic/Fairy-type Pokemon is a native of Europe, it will be making a rare appearance over the event time frame. A good amount of Pokemon for trainers to get excited for at the beginning of May.
