PlayStation: PS4 Black Friday & Cyber Monday 2019 deals announced by Sony

Sony PlayStation is the latest of the Big Three to announce its Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals for PS4 consoles, games and more.

Following in the footsteps of Microsoft and Nintendo, Sony has announced its PlayStation deals for Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2019. Sony isn’t really distinguishing between the two shopping days, instead running its discounts throughout the week from November 24 through December 2.

In terms of what will be on sale this year, many of the deals noted on the PlayStation Blog are things we’ve seen advertised by other retailers already. We’ve got a few PS4 bundles, some accessories and discounts on  some of PlayStation’s biggest exclusives.

Take a look at some of Sony’s PS4 Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals below.

PlayStation 4 & PS4 Pro deals

Despite it being very public news that Sony is working on the PlayStation 5, which will launch next year, the company is still pushing its PS4. The highlight of Black Friday’s PlayStation console discounts is the Only on PlayStation PS4 Bundle.

Available for $199.99, this bundle features the 1TB PS4 and three of Sony’s best exclusives: The Last of Us Remastered, God of War and Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition. It’s worth mentioning that TLoU Remastered was recently free through PlayStation Plus, but if you didn’t have a PS4 at the time then you probably missed out.

Another option bundle is the PS VR Multi-Game Bundle for $199.99, which comes with a PS VR Headset, a PS Camera and digital download codes for Astro Bot Rescue Mission, Skyrim VR, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, Everybody’s Golf VR, and PlayStation VR Worlds.

Alternatively, there’s also the PS VR Blood & Truth and Everybody’s Golf Bundle. Although this one is a little more expensive at $249.99, it comes with two PS Move controllers and the two aforementioned games.

PS4 Games

Most retailers are offering discounts on a wide range of PlayStation 4 games. Sony specifically highlighted Days Gone, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Game of the Year Edition, MediEvil, Concrete Genie and MLB The Show 19 as exclusive titles that’ll be available for $19.99 next week.

Additionally, games that are labeled as PlayStation Hits will be half-off, available for just $9.99.

PlayStation Accessories

DualShock 4 controllers will be available for $39.99 in all colors, which is quite the price drop from the typical $64.99. The PS Gold Headset will also be available for $69.99, down from its usual price of $99.99.

Perhaps one of the more intriguing deals is the 25 percent discount on the PlayStation Plus yearly subscription. A 12-month membership typically costs $59.99, so you’ll be saving $15 here, getting it for just $45.

PS Plus is required to play most PS4 games online, but it has additional benefits as well such as discounts on new games and two free PS4 games every month.
