We have almost made it to college football season, or at least the digital version of it. EA Sports College Football 26 releases this week, with early access starting Monday, July 7. To participate in early access, you need to purchase the College Football 26 Deluxe Edition, either separately or as part of the MVP bundle that includes Madden NFL 26. Here's when you can start playing CFB 26:
Early access for College Football 26 starts at 12 p.m. EDT. Access will go live in all time zones at the same time, so here are the specifics for your time zone:
- West Coast US (PT): July 7 at 9:00 AM
- Mountain US (MT): July 7 at 10:00 AM
- Central US (CT): July 7 at 11:00 AM
- East Coast US (ET): July 7 at 12:00 PM
- United Kingdom (BST): July 7 at 5:00 PM
- Central Europe (CEST): July 7 at 6:00 PM
- Japan (JST): July 8 at 1:00 AM
- New Zealand (NZST): July 8 at 4:00 AM
EA Play members also get early access starting July 7, but only for a 10-hour trial. College Football 26's Deluxe Edition costs $99.99 and comes with the following goodies:

The MVP Bundle contains the Deluxe Edition of both CFB 26 and Madden NFL 26 for $149.99. College Football 26 is available on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, with no versions planned for either PC or Nintendo Switch 2. The Xbox and PlayStation will have crossplay, and as a new improvement that crossplay will include dynasty mode.
