No. 9 - Underground Pass

There were only about 15 quests I considered for this list, quests I felt actually qualified as truly challenging quests back in the day. For that reason, I decided to limit myself to just one of Underground Pass or its sequel, Regicide, and I went with Underground Pass.

Your first journey through the Underground Pass is one of the most memorable – and if you fail a lot of the obstacles, perhaps frustrating – parts of being an OSRS member.

The Pass itself isn’t the only challenging maze to maneuver; Iban’s Lair, the largest area in OSRS, could take hours to get through, depending on how many times you fail the jumps en route to Iban’s Temple. The quest features its fair share of combat as well.
