Star Wars Outlaws is a steal worthy of Kay Vess at Cyber Monday prices

Ubisoft may have paid too much for Star Wars Outlaws, but it's Cyber Monday, so we don't have to. The open world offering in a galaxy far, far away is on sale lot of places. The best deal I've seen so far is on Walmart's site, where the game's PlayStation 5 gold edition is a low, low $20. Here are all its features:

  • Gold Edition: Includes the base game and a season pass, offering an expanded experience for players.
  • Open World: Explore distinct, iconic, and new locations across the galaxy in the first-ever open-world Star Wars game.
  • Scoundrel Story: Live the high-stakes life of outlaw Kay Vess, seeking freedom and a new beginning with Nix as your companion.
  • Dynamic Gameplay: Utilize blasters, stealth, gadgets, and distractions to overcome enemies and gain the upper hand in various situations.
  • High-Stakes Missions: Undertake risky, rewarding missions for crime syndicates, involving stealing goods, infiltrating locations, and outwitting foes.
  • Reputation System: Every choice made influences your ever-changing reputation within the galaxy's criminal underworld.

It unfortunately didn't sell as well as Ubisoft had hoped, but again, that has a lot to do with the Star Wars license costing a Hutt's ransom. It has a generally favorable Metacritic rating after 90 critic reviews.

If you want to steal from intergalactic barons, have dogfights in space, and gamble in wretched hives of scum and villainy, Star Wars Outlaws has a lot to offer you.
