For a while, Sony's PlayStation Plus offerings didn't inspire us to continue paying for the service. But lately, they have been doing the thing. July's games gave us King of Fighters XV and Diablo IV. In August, we'll get Lies of P, DayZ, and My Hero One's Justice 2.
Lies of P is a soulslike inspired by the story of Pinocchio. While trying to find the mysterious Mr. Geppetto, the aspiring real live boy stumbles upon Krat, a town overrun by killer puppets. Decide when you'll lie or tell the truth along your journey to become human.
DayZ is a survival game pitting up to 60 players against a zombie apocalypse. There are no checkpoints or saves, so after dying you start the whole thing over. How will you apocalypse?
My Hero One's Justice 2 (that's a weird sounding title) pits all of your favorite characters from the popular anime against each other in a 3D arena fighter. Use your characters quirks to fight epic battles across huge arenas from the anime. Get heroic with it!
You've got until August 4 to get Diablo IV, Jusant, and KOF XV picked up. You don't have to play or even download them, you just need to add them to your PlayStation library and they'll be there when you're ready to play them.
Also, the 15th Anniversary of PlayStation Plus celebration is still going. On August 5, players can claim a set of new avatars featuring Cyberpunk 2077, Hogwarts Legacy, Diablo IV, God of War: Ragnarok, and Twisted Metal.
