One of the greatest TD celebrations of all time was the "Ickey Shuffle," and it's time to recreate those magic moments with Ickey Woods in Madden 25. The Bengals legend and cold cuts aficionado has entered Ultimate Team, and his card is elite.

He's the fastest RB in the game at 92 SPD, which you can push up to 93 if you run him with a Bengals theme team. That team would also get Joe Burrow and Jamarr Chase, making for a seriously explosive offense.

His limited edition gets AKA Evasive for 0 AP, making his spins and jukes more effective and steerable. If you used CJ2K, or had him used against you, you know just how good that ability is. I should mention it's running around 900,000 coins right now, but for the game's best back that's almost reasonable.

But a lot of top players are saying the best ability to run on him is Tank, which ignores hit-stick tackle attempts. Hit-stick timing is not as crucial as Madden's press materials made it sound (imagine that) so sometimes people spam them and still get rewarded. Not while Ickey is running downfield, they don't.

At 6-1, 230 lbs. Ickey is a bruiser and falls forward when tackled. Combine that with his gamebreaking speed and you've got a real dawg on your hands. The AKA program celebrates players known for having a nickname. Elbert Woods got the name "Ickey" when he and his little brother were young and his brother's attempts to say Elbert sounded like Ickey. This was fortunate for him, and I don't think the "Elbert Shuffle" would have caught on.
