Theatre of Blood was the second raid released in Old School RuneScape (OSRS), and it is currently the only raid actually required to complete a quest and thus secure a Quest Point Cape.
Though the completion of the raid doesn’t necessarily need to be done during the quest itself, at least one completion of Theatre of Blood is required to complete the A Night at the Theatre quest, a Master-level quest which many believe could be tagged as a Grandmaster quest simply due to this raid requirement.
The good thing is that the raid can be completed in entry mode for the purpose of completing the quest, and this is definitely doable in a solo run. You are able to claim Bandages after the second and fourth boss encounters, and these Bandages can be used to heal, restore prayer points, and restore run energy.
Additionally, you can keep claiming more Bandages if you die at the final boss.
