Third-Party studios:

At the time of writing this, 55 partners have been confirmed for Summer Game Fest. That means there will be no shortage of games from third-party studios, which could include:

Confirmed - 2K "beloved" title

It's been confirmed that 2K will reveal a look at a new game set in one of its most "beloved" franchises. Will we get another Mafia Title? Could Borderlands have another release tied to the live-action movie? Or will Bioshock finally make its long-awaited return? Well, one thing's for sure: We can't wait for June 07 to finally find out.

Confirmed - Metaphor: ReFantazio

The creators of the beloved Persona franchise have been hard at work on a new project called Metaphor: ReFantazio. The game - which is slated to release on October 11 - will feature turned-based combat, dungeons, and overworld exploration. But in case that isn't enough, it's confirmed we'll finally learn more from this anticipated RPG during Summer Game Fest.

Confirmed - Delta Force: Hawk Ops

Who doesn't love a good World Premiere? They can completely sell us on games we didn't know much about before and it appears that will be the case for Delta Force: Hawk Ops. Developer TiMi Studio has already given us glimpses of its upcoming free-to-play fps title. However, the best is yet to come, as it's confirmed they'll showcase a full reveal on June 07.

Highly likely - Alan Wake 2 DLC

Alan Wake 2 was released on October 2023 to massive critical acclaim, even earning a nomination for game of the year. Since then, fans have been eagerly waiting for news regarding the game's two planned DLC chapters: Night Springs and The Lake House. The ideal place for a reveal trailer of the former would be at Summer Game Fest since a spring release window was promised. As it wasn't enough, Remedy has been teasing the release of the Night Springs DLC all over social media (as seen in the Tweet above). So at this point it's all but confirmed Alan will make an appearance sooner rather than later.

Likely - Star Wars Outlaws

Ubisoft Forward will take place on June 10, and it would be incredibly shocking if Star Wars Outlaws didn't make an appearance. After all, the game's set to release this year and is regarded as one of 2024's most anticipated titles. At this point, its presence during the event seems like a no-brainer. However, we'll have to wait a few more days to finally find out if Summer Game Fest will delight us with a new look at Ubisoft's upcoming galactic project.

There are a few other games confirmed to appear at Summer Game Fest, such as Palworld and Two Star's latest multiplayer title. Besides, it wouldn't come as a surprise if Ubisoft does a gameplay reveal of Assassin's Creed Shadows as well during its Forward showcase.

Nintendo:

Last but not least, it's time to talk about the big N. With a Nintendo Direct set to take place in June, there's one last batch of games set to be released on the Switch before we turn our attention to Nintendo's next console. We made a dedicated article breaking down our hopes and predictions for the upcoming Nintendo presentation, and you can read all about it here.

Summer Game Fest's opening showcase will take place on June 07, with multiple events following it afterward.
