14. Goblin Diplomacy

Goblin Village is in a state of chaos, largely resembling social media during a major sporting event or an election year. The goblins cannot agree upon a new armor color, with one side aiming for a switch from brown to green armor and the other aiming for a switch from brown to red, and you are tasked with finding a happy medium.

The happy medium ends up being brown armor, thereby making the quest entirely pointless. But that’s ultimately what makes this one as goofy as it is, and some of the dialogue is quite comical. 

I’ll never forget totally falling for the die/dye play on words when the goblins mentioned going into the Wilderness to “die” their goblin mails a new (and ultimately rejected) color. 

Pro tip: if you are a new player (or simply need an account with which to trade), do this quest first. It awards five quest points and takes a few minutes to complete. If you do this one along with Romeo and Juliet, you only need to do those two quests to get the required 10 quest points.
