6. Romeo and Juliet

Difficulty: 1/10
Nostalgia: 9/10
Storyline: 9/10
Overall: 7.4/10

This quest is another one which exists in Old School RuneScape but no longer exists in RuneScape 3, and its removal was quite a bit controversial, given how beloved the quest was. However, that only adds to its value in Old School, making it one of the top quests in the game for both new and old players.

The quest was originally removed due to how closely it resembled William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet (even with its own comical twist at the end), only to return through Old School RuneScape when the game was launched back in 2013.

There are no requirements to complete it, and it gives a whopping five quest points, tied for the most among free-to-play quests with Goblin Diplomacy. This is one of the quests in which you feel like you are part of the story, rather than just assisting an NPC with theirs.

And as a side note, the overall lack of Shakespearean language throughout the journey does indeed make it much easier to understand than the actual text.
