New PS5 and PS4 games releasing in March 2024

February has flown by and we're already at the doorstep of March. A new month means new games. And if you aren't knee-deep in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, there's plenty to dive into on PS4 and PS5 in March. So let's get into it!

On March 8th, wrestling fans will get to enjoy the latest instlalment in 2K's wrestling video game franchise. WWE 2K24, which boasts Cody Rhodes as this year's cover star, will feature two storylines in MyRise: Unleashed and Undisputed. In this fan-favorite mode, you'll ascent from a WWE Recruit to a decorated WWE Champion. Other returning modes Showcase of the Immortals, MyFACTION, MyGM, and all-new match types like Guest Referee and Gauntlet.

Sticking to sports, March 19th marks the release of MLB The Show 24. Although no longer a PlayStation exclusive, MLB The Show remains the top-tier baseball sim on the market. This year's game offers mostly the same suite of gameplay modes: Diamond Dynasty, Multiplayer, March to October, Road to the Show, and Franchise. Meanwhile, Storylines will focus on Yankees legend Derek Jeter as well as Season 2 of The Negro Leagues.

Another notable release this month will be Hi-Fi Rush, which marks Microsoft's new shift in how it handles first-party games. Previously an Xbox exclusive, Microsoft has decided to bring some of its first-party Xbox games to other platforms. Hi-Fi Rush is a rhythm-based action game from developer Tango Gameworks and publisher Bethesda Softworks.
