Madden 24 Full-Season Ratings: Best wide receivers at the end of the year
The NFL regular season is over and the playoffs have begun. My Dallas Cowboys are already out contention — no surprise there — and the full-season ratings for Madden 24 are now live.
EA has issued its Week 18 roster update, signifying the full-season ratings for every player in this year's game. While there may be some adjustments made for players still competing in the playoffs (like perhaps an increase for quarterback C.J. Stroud), the majority of player ratings are set until the next Madden game releases later this year.
Yesterday, we covered the best quarterbacks in Madden 24 as of the end of the regular season. There were a few changes from the launch ratings, but top 10 was largely the same.
Today we're looking at wide receivers. As the NFL has become more of a passing league, the importance placed on the receiver position has grown, especially in Madden. Here are the end of season ratings for the top 10 wide receivers in Madden 24.

1. Tyreek Hill (Miami Dolphins) - 99 OVR
2. Justin Jefferson (Minnesota Vikings) - 99 OVR

1. Justin Jefferson - 99 OVR
2. Tyreek Hill - 98 OVR

I don't think anyone can argue with both Jefferson and Hill being rated 99 overall by the end of the season.
Hill is, without a doubt, the most explosive receiver in the game. He finished second in receptions (119, behind only Ceedee Lamb (135) but first in receiving yards (1,799). His 13 touchdown grabs were tied for most in the league with Mike Evans. He also tied Lamb for most 20-plus yard catches.
Despite playing in just 10 games his season due to injury, Jefferson, when healthy, was incredibly productive. He finished with a stat line of 68 receptions for 1,074 yards and five touchdowns. And remember, he did this with Joshua Dobbs, Nick Mullens and Jaren Hall all at quarterback once Cousins went down with an injury.
The biggest shake-up on this list is the addition of Ceedee Lamb who started the year as the 11th-best wide receiver in Madden 24. Now he's the third-best-rated receiver in the game, and it's well deserved. Lamb has always been a solid receiver for the Cowboys, posting 1,000-plus yard seasons in 2021 and 2022. BUt in 2023 he kicked his production up a notch as he became the focal point in the Cowboys' high-powered offense. He finished the year with career-high receptions (135), yards (1,749) and touchdowns (12).
Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown also cracked the top 10 after posting career-highs in receptions (119), yards (1,515) and touchdowns 10. At just 24 years old, Brown jump into the top five next year, especially with Diggs — who suffered a drop in production — gets another year older.
