It's been a while since we have heard any information on the EA Sports College Football, but it looks like that is coming to an end. According to a new report by 247 Sports, EA will reveal new information and footage about the game this coming Monday during the NCAA National Championship game.

This is also the same outlet that gave us information on the initial reveal of the game back in 2022. It isn't known if there will be an exact release date provided, but new details and gameplay footage will be shown.

This Summer will be the 11 year mark since the last time we saw an EA Sports college football game. At the time, it was called NCAA 14, but that name will be no more due to licensing issues. EA has partnered with professional licensors OneTeam Partners to bring the names and teams of over 100 college football teams to the game. Not every team is in there right now according to the report, but it is expected that they will at the time of release. Other teams like Notre Dame arranged individual deals outside of the OneTeam Partners deal to be included in the game.

One of the most notable features of NCAA Football was the Dynasty mode. This was basically the college answer to Madden's Franchise mode where you would follow an individual player throughout their career. They would show up on covers during the game based on their gameplay and more individual options that didn't have a counterpart in Madden.

The National Championship game is this Monday, January 8 at 730 PM eastern, so we don't have too much longer to go. Although nothing has been said yet, the game's have always released around the same time as Madden during the Summer.
