Mudbray Classification: Donkey Pokemon

Mudbray Pokedex: The mud stuck to Mudbray’s hooves enhances its grip and its powerful running gait. It has a stubborn, individualistic disposition. Eating dirt, making mud, and playing in the mire all form part of its daily routine.

Mudsdale Classification: Draft Horse Pokemon

Mudsdale Pokedex: It spits a mud that provides resistance to both wind and rain, so the walls of old houses were often coated with it. Its heavy, mud-covered kicks are its best means of attack, and it can reduce large trucks to scrap without breaking a sweat.

Explanation: It’s not the Budweiser horse, but I guess it’s okay. You know, ignoring the fact that a donkey evolves into a Clydesdale. It’s also slightly disappointing that Mudsdale replaced Rapidash as the horse Pokemon for Alola, denying us the opportunity to gallop majestically through the fields, burning down everything in our path.

Instead, we do a lot of clomping around on slightly differently patterned ground, riding on the back of an admittedly sturdy steed. Even if it did eat large quantities of dirt in its youth. At least you never have to feed it!
