Playing support is an often thankless job, and Overwatch 2 has been solving that problem by giving healers the tools to survive. In the game's new Stadium mode, however, one ability took Kiriko from strong healer to absolute menace. Clone Conjuration summons another Kiriko that is able to deal the same amount of healing and damage as the actual Kiriko. Blizzard decided to break out the nerf bat, taking Clone Conjuration's duration down from 5 seconds to 2.5 seconds.

Released at the Start of Season 16, Stadium is a round-based PvP mode that is Best of 7. Remember when we were told Overwatch 2 heroes would have upgradable skills? We're finally seeing that happen. The pressure from the outstanding launch Marvel Rivals had was real, and it has made Overwatch 2 a better game. Competition is good for everybody, especially the players.
The new Stadium mode gets even more improvements in Season 17. There are smarter build tools, competitive upgrades and a rank reset. Don't worry, the core game has gotten some love too. Season 17 brings the debut of Map Voting. At the start of every match in Quick Play or Competitive, three maps will appear with each player getting one vote as to where you'll play. After Map Voting, the Hero Ban phase begins.
