There has been the tiniest fragment of Grand Auto 6-related news, thus it is trending, and I am contractually obligated to write something about it. Xbox players were excited to see that 2026's most eagerly anticipated game can now be downloaded to their consoles. It's only 328.76 mb in size, but the brimming anticipation will fill up a huge void in your soul for a little while.
This is actually one of the best features of modern gaming, in my opinion. Once you download this, the game will simply install itself to your console once it's almost ready for you to play - 11 months from now. Keeping that in mind, even if you happen to have the space available there's really no reason to do that now.. you're not even still reading this, are you? You went to download GTA 6. I'm not judging you at all.
We all felt the sadness when Take-Two officially announced that its monster game would slip into next year. Privately, staff were apparently laughing at us all as we speculated when the 2025 date announcement would come as it wasn't anywhere close to being ready.
There's been a lot of speculation that GTA 6 will launch at a $100 price point. As all the price point talk began, it occurred to me that through the Ultimate Team-ization of all my favorite sports titles, I've been paying $100 at launch for my favorite games for years. That's how they get you, and Rockstar's insanely popular GTA online works just the same.
Even if there's a $70 version of GTA 6, its most dedicated fans will surely pay for the inevitable collector's edition with online goodies. It's your money, and I am not about to tell you how you should spend it.
