Gabrielle "Gigi" Alayah has posted a new video about her breakup with popular streamer Kai Cenat, which has seen her painted as the villain amid cheating rumors. I've gotta say, I don't think it helped. It's just my opinion - well, mine and a few million folks on the Internet, but it's hard to absorb this quote from Gigi and not feel like Kai might have dodged a bullet with this one.
"Before Kai, I was getting sh*t. I been had sh*t… How will I get in a relationship with someone and not get the sh*t I was already getting? Y’all don’t wanna know the type of cars I was asking for for my sweet 16. I was a 16-year-old driving a Benz. I was 14, 15 years old, driving my parents’ luxury cars to school.”
I'll be the first to tell you I have never been what would be considered rich. I didn't have a car at 16. In my 20s, I became the proud owner of a used Chevrolet Cavalier. And yeah, it would be probably be difficult for both parties if somebody accustomed to wealth dated somebody with a regular job. This doesn't sound like a problem Gigi is interested in solving in any way, shape, form or fashion.
Both parties seem to have moved on, if less than amicably. Cenat has announced he's creating his own clothing line, Vivet. Will he someday return to streaming on Twitch, despite his rapidly growing business empire? We'll be tuned in for all the latest developments.
