Dunk City Dynasty Tier List - August 2025

Dunk City Dynasty is an exciting new mobile 3vs3 basketball game that I am absolutely in love with. It's the most fun I've had with an arcade b-baller since the days of NBA Street. Part of the reason it's so much fun is that it effectively captures the unique playstyles of NBA legends.

S-tier

Luka Doncic

A great point guard makes his teammates better, and Doncic does that with passes that improve his team's accuracy. But he can easily light up the scoreboard as well with his stepback and glide abilities. One of the game's best carries.

Stephen Curry

Just as in real life, Curry is the best three-point shooter you'll find. Pair him with a big man and get some screens, and Chef Curry will pile on the points.

Pau Gasol

The game's best big man, Gasol is defensive power in the post. He's good at rebounding and an imposing presence on both offense and defense. He can pop out quickly after setting screens, yielding great offensive synergy with shooters. Looking at you, Steph!

Lebron James

Did you expect the King to be somewhere other than S-tier? The league's all-time scorer is a strong contributor both offensively and defensively. His size allows him to bully smaller defenders, and his defense can quickly turn into scoring opportunities.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander

NBA Champion, NBA 2K26 cover star, and all-around GOAT, SGA brings exceptional ball-handling skill that will probably demand double teams. It's a 3v3 game, so those double teams are even more difficult to contend with.

Kevin Durant

What can KD not do? He can shoot the three, drive for two, and hize and length give him great defensive prowess. He's a mainstay in high-level comps.

A-Tier

Jayson Tatum

One of the best two-way players in the game. He can stretch the floor, score on drives and play some serious lockdown defense.

Paul George

Often referred to as a budget KD, PG-13 gets stronger on offense as he contributes defensively. His Vigilance ability gives him great defense and an increased chance to get steals.

Giannis Antetokounmpo

The Greek Freak cooks when his Ultimate is up. Super Mode increases his already high dunk power and defensive prowess. Nobody takes it to the paint like Giannis. If the defender has a lower power rating, they are about to get wrecked.

Zion Williamson

Zion is an athletic freak and dunk master, with his Unstoppable skill all but guaranteeing the easy two. He can also call for alley-oop passes which are insanely hard to defend.

Jamal Murray

The Denver Nuggets star gives "budget" Steph Curry vibes with his ability to generate high-percentage threes. But he can also finish at the rim with the best of them.

B-Tier

Russell Westbrook

An athletic, skilled finisher who can also defend well. His speed is unreal, and his Mighty Putback ability can change a missed shot into a powerful dunk.

Bam Adebayo

Bam is a mobile paint defender with exceptional rebounding and shot blocking skills. The rebound battle often decides who wins the game, and Bam has a lot to say about those boards.

Klay Thompson

The other Splash Brother is one of the best 3&D guys in the game. His Zen Shot ability provides a clutch three when the team needs it, and his Drift Shot makes it hard for defenders to close ground. Yeah he's a in B-Tier, but a good Klay can carry your squad with clutch shots and forcing big turnovers.

Devin Booker

He's primarily an offensive weapon, but a really good one. He'll light opponents up from the three-point line and mid range. Let a bruiser such as LeBron take the hits for him, and you've got a reliable combo on your hands.

C-Tier and Below

Below here are non-meta picks and newer players that we don't have enough data for yet.
