I'll try not to start a rant about the "digital only" future of games, but it'll be hard. Battlestar Galactica: Deadlock, the well-received space strategy game from Slitherine, will no longer be available to purchase on any platform after this week.
"This marks the end of an era for our space fleet, and we want to give everyone a proper heads-up to grab the game while it’s still available," Slitherine explained on its website.
If you already own the game, don’t worry, you can continue playing it without any restrictions, exploring the galaxy, commanding your fleet, and completing missions at your own pace.

Slitherine didn't give a reason for the delisting. Sadly, these licensing agreements often come with an expiration date. I'm hoping there's some kind of sale to go along with this, but we're four days out and everything is currently full-price. Maybe like the show it's based on, there will be some kind of heroic save at the last minute. I'll keep you posted if I hear anything.
