Pikmin 4 was my first adventure in the franchise, and I had no idea what was in store. So, I was a little mortified when I saw Pikmin carrying a deceased enemy to the S.S. Beagle for the first time.

Body collection is the creepiest way to get Sparklium. It’s arguably the saddest, too. Hearing the final screams and seeing the lifeless stares of enemies sent chills up my spine.

I know most of them are off-putting, but that’s dark.
