Neon Street Rat

"You grew up on the mean streets of Neon. You gain access to special dialogue options, and better rewards from some missions on Neon. Crime bounty by other factions is greatly increased (Can’t be combined with any other faction allegiance trait.)"

Similar to Freestar Collective Settler, this is another faction-based trait that provides you with additional gameplay options. This one focuses on Neon, which is home to Ryujin Industries.

Raised Enlightened

"You grew up as a member of the Enlightened. You gain access to a special chest full of items in the House of Enlightened in New Atlantis, but lose access to the Sanctum Universum chest. (Can’t be combined with any other religion trait)."

This isn’t a faction but rather a religion in Starfield. You’ll receive exclusive items for this trait.

Raised Universal

"You grew up as a member of the Sanctum Universum. You gain access to a special chest full of items in the Sanctum Universum in New Atlantis, but lose access to the Enligthened chest. (Can’t be combined with any other religion trait)."

Another religion in Starfield. Same deal here, you’ll get exclusive items.

Serpent’s Embrace

"You grew up workshiping the Great Serpent. Grav jumping provides a temporary boost to health and oxygen, but health and oxygen are lowered if you don’t continue jumping regularly – like an addiction."

This is another religion but rather than getting a chest full of items, you get increased health and oxygen, but only if you jump regularly. This can get quite annoying, I’m sure.
