Los Angeles Rams (73 Overall)

Major storyline: How do you retool the Rams roster that lacks serious depth and has some aging superstars?

The Los Angeles Rams are only two years out from their Super Bowl LIV win, but they are a shell of that team. Like the Titans, the Rams have some elite talent. Aaron Donald (99 OVR) and Cooper Kupp (96 OVR) are superstars, but on at the tail end of their careers. I personally feel Matthew Stafford’s 75 overall rating is a bit harsh considering he played with injuries last season.

Beyond these players, this is a roster that needs total retooling. The Rams have some young talent but they need to be developed, and the roster lacks significant depth.

Similar to the Cardinals, this feels like a complete rebuild. If you like trading, perhaps you can get some valuable draft picks or young up-and-coming stars for Donald and Kupp. Ship them to a contender in return for some draft capital and build toward the future.
