15. Derek Carr (New Orleans Saints) – 78 OVR

After getting run out of Las Vegas, Derek Carr now has a new home with the New Orleans Saints. Although Carr struggled last season, he’s been widely regarded as a top 10 quarterback for much of his career. He’s slightly above-average in Madden 24, likely as a result of his poor play last year.

We don’t know when Kyler Murray will return from the torn right ACL injury he suffered late last season. In real life, it’ll be Colt McCoy as the starting quarterback Week 1, but for the purpose of this list and Madden 24, we’re treating it as though Murray will be the starter. Because EA doesn’t typically penalize a player’s rating because of injury, Murray is a top 15 quarterback in Madden 24:

He’s a respectable 80 overall in Madden 24 with the following passing ratings:
