Madden 24: All 32 starting quarterback ratings at launch
21. Daniel Jones (New York Giants) – 75 OVR
Daniel Jones played well enough last season to earn a four-year, $160 million contract from the Giants this offseason. So looks like it’s ride or die with Danny Dimes for the next couple of seasons. Jones may not be the most talented quarterback in the league, but he’s proven himself as a capable starter and has surprised quite a few with his dynamic playmaking ability.

20. Ryan Tannehill (Tennessee Titans) – 76 OVR
Tannehill is a serviceable starter but isn’t the type of quarterback that improves the play of others around him. At 35-years-old with 10 seasons under his belt, we more or less know what we’re going to get from Tannehill: average quarterback play and average ratings in Madden.

19. Justin Fields (Chicago Bears) – 76 OVR
Justin Fields has some incredible athleticism (93 Speed, 95 Acceleration, 93 Agility) but he’s still a work in progress, especially when it comes to the passing aspect. It doesn’t help that the Bears haven’t really surrounded him with weapons. Despite the lack of offensive talent in Chicago, Fields has proven himself to be a dynamic player and capable starter. He starts Madden 24 with a 76 overall, but I think there’s definitely room for improvement based on how the season unfolds.
