How to Catch Pokemon in Pokemon Sleep

The Pokemon Sleep app tracks sleep by dividing it into three categories. The three categories are Dozing, Snoozing, and Slumbering. However the app decides the type of sleep you got that particular night will also depend on what Pokemon comes to you when you wake up. Certain Pokemon can only be obtained by achieving certain sleep patterns.

Everyone loves the idea of catching a Shiny version of a Pokemon and Shiny Pokemon will make a return in Pokemon Sleep. You will always have the chance to catch a Shiny Pokemon, but you will have even great odds to catch a Shiny Pokemon if you keep PokeBall Biscuits on you, in the app.

Pokemon Sleep has not been released in the United States at this time of writing yet, but once it does, you now know what Pokemon to be on the lookout for. While not all of your favorite Pokemon are available to catch, the more than one hundred that are at your disposal will keep you busy for many nights of sleeping.
