The WWE 2K video game franchise hasn’t had the best luck. WWE 2K23 did the best they could to turn the series around and they were actually sort of successful. The game turned out to be pretty good and also features a ton of variety.
Between the cinematic 2K showcase mode that focuses on the cover athlete John Cena, the multitude of new features and improvements that were made, and the gigantic list of playable wrestlers and celebrities, the game turned out to not be a bust. Even though the game is far from being perfect, this was a huge step in the right direction for Visual Concepts and 2K Games.
If you have enjoyed your WWE 2K23 experience, there is a chance you opted to purchase the Season Pass. The Season Pass offers you the MyRISE Mega-Boost, with 200 additional Attribute Points, a Supercharger that unlocks all base-game WWE Legends and five DLC packs that are spread from April through August. During the five-month span, one DLC Pack would be released each month. When added up, the Season Pass adds more than 25 playable wrestlers to WWE 2K23.
What is included in the “Revel with Wyatt” DLC Pack for WWE 2K23?
On July 19, the fourth DLC Pack is ready to hit WWE 2K23 and it is called the “Revel with Wyatt Pack.” As part of owning the Revel with Wyatt DLC Pack, you will be granted access to five additional wrestlers and a just-announced bonus wrestler in Uncle Howdy.
- Bray Wyatt
- Joe Gacy
- Blair Davenport
- Uncle Howdy
When the Revel with Wyatt DLC Pack was first announced, Uncle Howdy was not one of the five playable wrestlers being added to the game. On Twitter, WWE 2K23 announced that Uncle Howdy would in fact be a bonus playable character for owning the DLC.
If you do not own the DLC and would like to purchase this upcoming DLC on July 19 or any previous or future DLC Packs, you don’t need to own the Season Pass. Each DLC Pack can be purchased separately. If you thought the list of wrestlers was large already, here come six more playable wrestlers to add to the already gigantic list.
