It’s that time of year again. Triple-degree temperatures outside and sweat dripping out of places I didn’t know existed. Thankfully, we have video games to keep us entertained inside and if you’re a PlayStation Plus subscriber, you’ve got three new ones heading your way. Sony announced the free PS5 and PS4 games coming our way next month through PS Plus.

We’re getting three free games next month, each playable on PS5 and PS4. Here’s a look at them.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Cross-Gen Bundle | PS4, PS5

If you’re getting a little bored of Modern Warfare, head back to the Cold War and engage in the volatile geopolitical battle of the 1980s. You’ll not only have access to the campaign — which sees you on the trail of a shadowy figure threatening to destabilize the global balance of power — but the suite of Multiplayer and Zombies experiences as well. As we’ve still got a few more months of summer, the multiplayer portion of Black Ops Cold War could give you hours of fun.

Alan Wake Remastered | PS4, PS5

Experience the shocking plot twists and cliffhangers in this remastered version of Remedy Entertainment’s award-winning cinematic action-thriller, Alan Wake. The game, which is formatted like a television series, follows novelist Alan Wake has he searches to uncover the mystery behind his wife’s disappearance.

Endling – Extinction is Forever | PS4, PS5

The third free PS Plus game in July is Endling. I’m not sure we need a reminder of the destruction humanity has caused around the world. We experience it every day with climate change and increased global temperatures. But Endling is a reminder of what awaits if we continue to pollute and exploit nature. In this 3D side-scroller, you play as the last fox on Earth trying to survive the harsh environments while trying to keep your cubs safe.

All three of these games will be available for download through PS Plus starting Tuesday, July 4. You’ll have until Monday, July 31 to claim them. As a reminder, you have until Monday, July 3 to add June’s monthly PS Plus games to your PS Plus library.
